At Dear Duchess Wreath Co., every wreath, bow, and handcrafted design is created with care, attention to detail, and a genuine love for beautiful homes.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, we encourage you to review our return policy before placing your order.
Handcrafted & Custom Orders
Many Dear Duchess creations are handmade specifically for you.
For this reason, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
Supplies, Ribbon, Wreath Kits, and Standard Merchandise: 14- or 30-day return window in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping label (if available)
We'll review your request promptly and work with you to make things right.
Returns for Eligible Items
If an item is eligible for return, it must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
